✅ Indications

Trihexyphenidyl HCl 2mg (MD) Tablets are indicated for:

• Parkinson’s disease

• Drug-induced extrapyramidal symptoms (EPS)

• Muscle stiffness

• Tremors and rigidity

• Spasticity associated with certain neurological conditions

• Adjunct therapy with levodopa in Parkinsonism

✅ Dosage & Administration

• The usual adult dose: 1–2 mg, 2–3 times daily, adjusted as per response.

• MD tablets dissolve directly in the mouth — no need for water.

• Can be taken with or without food.

• Dosage should be individualized, especially for elderly patients.

• Do not exceed the prescribed dose.

• Do not stop the medication abruptly.
