Tranexamic Acid 250mg + Ethamsylate 250mg Tablets combine a powerful antifibrinolytic agent with an effective hemostatic medicine to control both internal and external bleeding. This combination is widely used for heavy menstrual bleeding, DUB, and bleeding disorders related to surgery, trauma, or capillary fragility.
Packed in 10×10 ALU-ALU for enhanced protection and stability.

Indications

This combination is indicated for:

• Heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia)

• Dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB)

• Prevention and control of surgical bleeding

• Bleeding caused by trauma or injury

• Bleeding due to capillary fragility

• Post-operative internal bleeding

• Nosebleeds (epistaxis) – when prescribed

• Adjunct therapy in gynecological bleeding disorders

Dosage & Administration

• Use only as prescribed by a registered medical practitioner.

• Typical dosage:
  1 tablet 2–3 times a day, depending on severity of bleeding.

• Swallow whole with water; can be taken with or without food.

• Duration of treatment depends on doctor’s advice.

• Do not exceed recommended dosage.
