Product Description

Tranexamic Acid 250mg + Ethamsylate 250mg Tablets combine an antifibrinolytic agent (Tranexamic Acid) with a hemostatic agent (Ethamsylate). This dual-action formula helps reduce excessive bleeding by promoting clot stability and improving capillary strength.
Widely used in gynecological bleeding, surgical procedures, and bleeding disorders. Available in 10×10 ALU-ALU packing for enhanced product stability and protection.

Indications

This combination is indicated for:

• Heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia)

• Dysfunctional uterine bleeding

• Peri-operative and post-operative bleeding

• Bleeding due to fragile capillaries

• Bleeding associated with intrauterine devices (IUDs)

• Traumatic bleeding

• Dental procedure bleeding control

• Adjunct treatment for hematological bleeding disorders

Dosage & Administration

• Use only under supervision of a registered medical practitioner.

• Adults:
  Typical dose: 250mg + 250mg 2–3 times daily, depending on severity.

• Take with or without food, with plenty of water.

• Do not exceed prescribed dosage.

• Treatment duration depends on medical condition.
